FSE comprises 9 member companies, while some of the member companies commenced their operations as early as 1965, the companies have an average operating history over 35 years. In 2018, FSE’s E&M engineering group had gone through a re-organization to acquire the cleaning & environmental service group and the laundry group and renamed as FSE Services Group Limited (Stock Code: 331.HK). Furthermore, in 2019 and 2021, FSE Services Group has respectively acquired the property & facility management group and the security and guarding, insurance brokerage and landscaping businesses to further expand the scale of its business operations.
In order to better fulfill the customer demands and strengthen its market positioning, the listed company was further renamed as FSE Lifestyle Services Limited in 2021. Through the business reengineering, the businesses of FSE Lifestyle Services have been re-grouped into 3 major segments: Property & Facility Management, City Essential Services and E&M Services.
Currently, FSE Lifestyle employs over 19,000 staff and qualified professionals. Each member company maintains a substantial market share in its trade and is committed to the highest standards in services, environmental care and corporate social responsibility.
